Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Hospitality Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of our café, bars, and events and functions. WHAT IS INVOLVED? This position requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent service. You will play a central role in ensuring that all hospitality areas operate smoothly and that visitors receive a positive and professional experience. You will ensure the delivery of a consistently high-quality service that is safe, efficient, and meets the expectations of all users.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and supervise the daily operation of the café, bars, and associated events;
* Maintain high standards of customer service, safety, and operational efficiency;
* Provide effective leadership and support to hospitality staff;
* Act as a primary point of contact for customers and visitors;
* Welcome guests and ensure all enquiries are handled professionally, politely, and promptly.
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline;
* Food Hygiene qualification;
* First Aid qualification or willingness to work towards one.
