CNC Operator - NIGHT SHIFT
Location: Letchworth
Salary: up to £38,480
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 5pm - 3am (with overtime available - paid at x1.66)
CNC Machinist with Lathe and Mill experience required in Letchworth for the nightshift. You must be experienced in programming, setting and operating.

CNC Machinist - Key Responsibilities:
5. Reading and interpreting engineering drawing
6. Programming Hurco CNC lathe & Mill using Hurco MAX 5 controls
7. Loading and setting machines accordingly to maximise production output
8. Ensure all jobs are complete on time and to the desired quality
9. Measure parts to ensure they are within specification
10. Maintaining safe operations by adhering to safety procedures
11. Maintaining equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements
CNC Machinist - Skills and Experience required:
12. High attention to detail – work to tight dimensional tolerances
13. Has previous experience using Hurco MAX 5 Controls
14. Experience in programming, setting and operating CNC lathes & Mills
15. Self-motivated and driven
16. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
17. Able to work independently without daily supervision
