What you'll do
We seek a driven, dedicated, and passionate individual to join our fast-growing team, helping to make BOXT an international household name. As a Renewables Technical Support specialist, you will support our growth by assisting the Renewables Team with Heat Pump Design and providing technical support to customers and installation contractors.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Proactively contacting customers for pre-survey checks on new heat pump sales.
2. Arranging heat pump surveys and coordinating with subcontracted installation engineers to ensure timely and quality surveys.
3. Creating bespoke system designs for customer approval, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, manufacturing regulations, and company policies.
4. Planning installations as required and liaising with installation engineers.
5. Conducting post-installation technical audits on subcontracted heat pump installations.
6. Preparing and submitting customer handover packs in line with MCS requirements.
7. Providing post-installation technical support to installers and customers.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum of 5 years' experience in the heating sector.
Experience in a customer service-driven role.
ACS qualifications (CPA1, CCN1, CENWAT).
NVQ Level 3 in Heat Pumps.
Clear DBS check.
IOSH Health and Safety certification (Desirable).
Full UK driving license.
Competencies
