I am working with a growing, delivery-led consultancy based in Buckinghamshire that is winning serious work across healthcare and education estates. Small team. Big responsibility. Zero hierarchy politics. This is a place where attitude, accountability and client trust matter more than job titles.
You will lead from the front on external refurbishment and façade projects, acting as the trusted advisor to clients who rely on you to get it right.
What you’ll be doing
• Lead project management of roofing, cladding and external envelope works
• Act as the main client contact across live school and healthcare environments
• Deliver contract administration with strong commercial awareness
• Diagnose defects and oversee remediation works
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and key stakeholders
What we’re looking for
• Building Surveying background or similar discipline
• Strong Project Management bias is essential
• Confident client handling skills
• Solid contractual awareness
• MRICS or MCIOB preferred but experience and mindset matter more
• 2+ years’ experience, flexible for the right person
• Driving licence required
Salary & benefits
• £50,000 to £70,000 depending on experience
