Land Director – London – £120,000 – £150,000 + bonus + share options
Privately owned Developer based in London urgently requires a seasoned Land Director or an Associate/Senior Land Manager ready to take a step up for their growing London office.
The developer is building approximately 500 units per annum across various areas in London, covering zones 3–6, but will consider other commuter locations if the candidate is capable of constructing apartments between 80–300 units. The product is of good quality, selling well, with options to explore PRS and JVs.
The ideal candidate will have strategic vision, be process-driven, proactive, and highly motivated to lead the land team.
Currently, there are several high-profile developments in production and planning stages. The client seeks a leader with strong contacts who can close deals effectively.
