Our client is a national developer / contractor undertaking major new build residential & mixed-use schemes across the country.
The need now exists for an experienced Senior Site Manager / Project Manager (Number 2) to work on a purpose built student accommodation / residential development in Camden, North West London.
The project consists of more than 700 units across 4 blocks (RC Frame). One block is 21 stories in height and the other 3 blocks are between 10-16 stories in height.
The position will report into the Project Director.
It's essential you have experience with enabling works, pre-construction, site set up, putting tower crane's up etc...
Our client is seeking a Senior Site Manager or Project Manager who has experience on large high rise RC frame developments in excess of £50m.
In return, our client is offering anything between £80k - £85k + full package & bonus
