As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Provide one-on-one and small group support to pupils with ASD.
* Assist teachers in creating and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs).
* Support students' social, emotional, and academic development.
* Use a variety of communication methods, including visual aids and assistive technology.
* Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Monitor and record student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
* Foster independence and self-confidence in students.
Requirements:
