IFS Service & Maintenance Consultant – Contract Opportunity
We’re supporting a leading organisation currently seeking an experienced IFS Service & Maintenance Consultant to design and implement an effective Service and Maintenance solution within IFS Cloud.

Role Overview
The successful consultant will be responsible for analysing existing service and maintenance practices, understanding desired future outcomes, and translating these into an efficient and scalable IFS Cloud solution. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will:
* Review and assess current workflows and system configurations.
* Engage with key users to understand operational needs and future objectives.
* Design and recommend a best-practice approach for managing Service and Maintenance within IFS Cloud.
* Configure the system accordingly, ensuring functionality aligns with the business’s operational requirements.
* Provide guidance and hands-on support throughout the setup, training, and hypercare phases.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a Service & Maintenance solution within IFS Cloud.
* Configure PM Actions, Functional/Serial Objects, Parts, and Stock management.
* Support setup and optimisation of Mobile Work Orders (MWO) for Field Service Engineers.
* Implement task planning, RAMS review processes, and effective scheduling.
* Deliver end-user training and ongoing support.
* Provide expert recommendations to ensure system sustainability and efficiency.
Required Experience
* Proven experience as an IFS Consultant, specifically within the Maintenance or Service modules.
* Strong working knowledge of IFS Cloud configuration and best practices.
* Hands-on experience with the Maintenance MWO app – both configuration and end-user support.
* Previous involvement in IFS implementations, rollouts, or enhancements, including training and hypercare.
* Experience supporting field-based operations (vans, engineers, mobile workflows) highly beneficial.
