ServiceNow TrainerAbout the RoleWe are seeking a ServiceNow Trainer to design, develop, and deliver engaging training and enablement content for the Business Services Portal (ServiceNow). A key focus of the role will be the creation of short‑form video content, user‑friendly guides, and train‑the‑trainer assets to support adoption across a diverse user base.This position requires an understanding of ServiceNow capabilities, strong instructional design skills, and the ability to translateplex workflows into simple, intuitive learning materials.Key Responsibilities
1. Training Design & Development
1. Develop high‑quality enablement materials, including short‑form videos, guides, walkthroughs, and user training assets.
2. Produce learning content that accelerates adoption for end users and equips product teams, champions, and support teams.
2. Instructional Design
3. Apply strong instructional design principles to create clear, accessible, and visually engaging content.
4. Simplifyplex ServiceNow workflows into intuitive training materials suitable for non‑technical users.
3. ServiceNow Expertise
5. Deliver training sessions and supporting materials specifically tailored to ServiceNow functionality within the Business Services Portal.
6. Maintain up‑to‑date understanding of ServiceNow features, configuration changes, and best practices to ensure training content remains accurate.
4. Agile Collaboration
7. Work within an agile delivery environment, iterating training content based on configuration updates and sprint outputs.
8. Collaborate closely with product teams, developers, architects, service operations, and change &munications teams.
5. Stakeholder Management
9. Engage with stakeholders across product, service ops, support, andms teams to ensure training materials meet organisational needs.
10. Facilitate train‑the‑trainer sessions and support adoption strategies across the programme.
