A fantastic opportunity has arisen at our client near Liphook for a Chef de Partie to work in the kitchen of their luxury property. This is a key role in the kitchen as you will support the Head Chef in preparing meals for guests. You will work 5 straight shifts and prepare meals for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner service in the resort restaurant. The role is 45 hours per week with overtime paid.

The Role
* Working in the fresh food kitchen preparing fresh, seasonal food
* Encouraging and managing the Junior Chefs
* Preparing meals for Restaurant & Functions guests
* Kitchen Management duties - supporting Head Chef
The Person
* You will already be a Chef de Partie or ambitious Demi Chef
* Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills
* Experience of working in Hotels ideally to AA rosette standard
* Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
* Steady Career History
