As Returns Administrator, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end service and order-related processes. You’ll support product returns, customer queries, and service administration, whilst also ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders across spares, consumables, and service-related goods. You’ll work closely with internal teams, external partners, and customers to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
With demonstrable experience of customer service administration and order management within a fast-paced customer centric organisation you'll be proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams) and have strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal). You'll also have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines independently and demonstrable experience working collaboratively across departments.
