Responsibilties of Commis Chef
* Assist in the preparation and cooking of fresh food items
* Support senior chefs with daily food production
* Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety (HACCP compliance)
* Ensure cleanliness and organisation of kitchen workstations
* Assist with stock rotation and correct storage procedures
About you
* Previous kitchen experience in B & I preferred
* A genuine passion for food and hospitality
* Willingness to learn and take direction
* Strong team work and communication skills
* Basic food hygiene knowledge (Level 2 Food Safety desirable)
