My Client based in Kings Lynn is looking for a Service Coordinator to join their team. This role will be mainly registering service calls and dealing with all customer enquires as well as allocating work to Engineers. Day to day responsibilities of the Service Coordinator include: * Cost and complete engineers worksheet on completion of service call. * Process incoming invoices – checking rates/Warranty * Raising invoices for chargeable work * Checking Monitors * Assisting with Accrual * Supporting Call Handlers * Recovery of chargeable warranty costs * Cross charging costs where appropriate * Update on a daily basis customer Portals with invoice information * Adding engineer’s worksheets to Siclops * Register service calls/emails * Allocate and distribute fosters engineers work. * Allocate service calls to service partners. * Cost and complete engineers worksheet on completion of service call. * Update on a daily basis customer Portals * Order parts and issue quotes for repair work * Confirming parts on site * Checking Engineers Schedules to ensure they have work For the Service Coorindator position my client is offering a generous basic as well as additional company benefits.
