As the company continues to grow, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead their marketing function and elevate their brand presence across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the company's marketing strategy and oversee all external communications.
* Manage and mentor a small marketing team, ensuring high-quality output and collaboration.
* Develop and execute a comprehensive social media and digital marketing plan.
* Align marketing campaigns with sales plans and business objectives.
* Oversee the creation of promotional materials, website content, and advertising assets.
* Manage distributor and reseller marketing campaigns to maximise brand exposure.
* Continuously improve the company website and digital presence.
* Drive innovation with creative, industry-first marketing ideas.
* Oversee the design and production of product packaging and point-of-sale materials.
* Maintain accurate product data across ERP and digital platforms.
* Visit reseller locations to assess and enhance in-store brand visibility.
* Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop tailored marketing support.
* Plan and manage exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
* Write compelling copy and press releases for various media outlets.
✅ What We're Looking For
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a Marketing Manager role.
* Proven leadership and team management skills.
* Strong background in campaign planning, brand development, and digital marketing.
* Proficiency in WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign), and Microsoft Office.
* Experience with SQL is a plus.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
* A proactive, creative thinker with a passion for brand growth and innovation.
