Overview
Information and Advice Worker role based in South Warwickshire. 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. An exciting opportunity to join an award-winning charity delivering housing-related advice and services for people facing social exclusion.
Responsibilities
* Work in the community throughout South Warwickshire, providing housing related advice.
* Record and manage paperwork accurately on the internal IT system and ensure information is up to date.
* Make decisions with the aim of supporting people to achieve their goals and create positive outcomes.
* Demonstrate a can-do attitude, willingness to go the extra mile, and the ability to think outside the box.
