How the Apprenticeship will work: Your studies will be delivered by a specialist apprenticeship firm and you will be remotely supported by a highly experienced tutor and assessor throughout your journey and will be completed during work hours. The Level 2 Housing and Property Management Assistant favours coursework and projects over the need for exams, focusing on the knowledge and competency needed to enable you to excel your career! Key Responsibilities of a Lettings Assistant Apprentice: Creating online advertisements for new property listings. Obtaining videos to highlight our properties on various channels. Conducting pre-tenancy checks to ensure every property meets our high standards. Scheduling photos for properties ready to list. Supporting the team with general office administration to keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently. Clearing property access for new listings. Handle key cutting for our properties. Answering incoming calls and transferring them to the team accordingly or taking messages.
