This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, or anyone passionate about supporting young people and gaining meaningful experience within education.
Your Role Will Include:
Providing in-class support to pupils who require additional guidance
Helping to break down barriers to learning and promote engagement
Supporting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom activities
Working one-to-one or in small groups with pupils
Building positive, supportive relationships that encourage confidence and independence
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
Is patient, enthusiastic, and approachable
Has a genuine passion for supporting children and young people
Is adaptable, proactive, and ready to get involved in school life
Is considering a future career in education, SEN, or youth work
Has school-based experience (desirable, but not essential)
