Accounts Senior / Client Manager – Reading £45,000 – £65,000 (DOE) | Hybrid Working | Clear Progression We’re partnering with a well-established and growing accountancy practice in Reading that’s looking to appoint an Accounts Senior / Client Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys client interaction, wants more ownership, and is looking for a clear route into senior leadership. The Role Managing a portfolio of clients, acting as their main point of contact Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts Reviewing VAT returns, bookkeeping, and tax work Producing and reviewing management accounts Providing advice and support to clients on a range of matters Supporting and mentoring junior and semi senior team members What’s on Offer Salary between £45,000 and £65,000 depending on experience Hybrid and flexible working options Clear progression towards Manager / Senior Manager level Supportive, team-focused culture Exposure to a varied and high-quality client base What We’re Looking For ACA/ACCA qualified, or qualified by experience Strong background within a UK accountancy practice Experience managing or supporting a client portfolio Confident communicator with a client-focused approach If you’re looking for a role where you can take ownership, build strong client relationships, and progress your career in a supportive environment, this is well worth exploring.
