Job Description
Taylor Root is working with a manufacturing business that operates in the battery/energy space, headquartered in the UK, but part of an international conglomerate. The business is building a large-scale factory at the moment and looking at additional support within the legal team.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with commercial stakeholders to review, negotiate and draft contractual documents.
* Provide legal support related to NEC contracts in the construction sector.
Qualifications
* 5+ PQE construction solicitor.
* Experience with NEC contracts.
Other Details
The business has offices in Coventry and Somerset; the successful candidate will be required to visit one or the other several days per week.
The role is a daily rate position inside IR35 and requires an immediate start.
