Children's Residential Support Worker – Qualified (LD)
Location: WR11 - Evesham
Salary: £29,000 per annum (incl. 5 contractual sleeps per month)
Overtime: £14.94 per hour inclusive of annual leave
Hours: Average 37.5 hours p/w (163 hours p/m)

The Role:
Join our passionate team in our 3-bed Children's Home, supporting incredible children aged 5 to 18. No two days are the same—expect fun, challenges, and the ultimate reward of seeing young people flourish.
You Will:
* Have a passion to work with children.
* Provide support, stability, and fun
* Be resilient and ready to handle challenges.
* Be flexible with hours (weekends, evenings, bank holidays).
* Hold a full UK driving licence with less than 6 points (company cars provided).
Experience:
* 1+ year in residential care or working with challenging behaviours.
* Level 3 Residential Childcare Diploma (or equivalent).
