📝 Job Description
* Manage long-term relationships with existing clinics and help onboard new clinics to PetsApp.
* Review and improve client performance on the PetsApp platform.
* Support the introduction of new PetsApp solutions at our existing clients.
* Work closely with other functional teams at PetsApp to ensure a great client experience.
* Own the end-to-end success for a large number of PetsApp's customers, responsible for revenue retention, growth, and customer happiness metrics.
📜 Qualifications
* Veterinary clinic experience is essential!
* Strong interest and experience with software solutions, such as practice management software and other software tools like HubSpot and Metabase.
* Highly conscientious and detail-oriented, yet with the ability to apply broad strategic goals to the decision-making process.
* Must be able to work independently and proactively!
* You have a high tolerance for ambiguity and understand the risk-reward of startup life.
