We are recruiting Support Workers to start their career in education and join a forward-thinking federation of SEND schools in Aylesbury. Our schools support students from primary through to further education, providing an inclusive and nurturing environment where both students and staff thrive. Due to the needs of each child, you will need to be comfortable with personal care and challenging behaviour working both as an individual and a team to ensure that the child's needs are met. Our Desired Support Workers Will Have: Experience working with children or young adults with additional needs (education, care, youth work, or similar).
