The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Python, SQL/DBMS, testing tools, and performance testing frameworks. You will be responsible for executing test cases, analyzing results, identifying bugs, and collaborating with developers to ensure high-quality software delivery. Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases based on requirements. Perform functional, regression, and performance testing using LoadRunner 2021 R1 and Performance Centre. Validate and manipulate data using SQL/MySQL queries to support testing activities. Work closely with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and report defects. Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test scripts, and test scenarios. Planned, designed, and executed test cases for IT systems and logistics software, ensuring functionality, performance, and reliability. Utilize Python for test automation, scripting, and data validation. Monitored system and application performance, proactively identifying and troubleshooting defects. Prepare and present test reports, dashboards, and insights using Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel. Managed defect tracking, generated defect summary reports, and communicated daily execution status and test results to project teams and stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality releases. Document test results, defects, and best practices in testing documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or good experience in related field. Knowledge and practical experience in manual testing tools and techniques. Good experience in test planning, defect tracking, and reporting with JIRA and TestRail, ensuring clear communication and issue traceability. Strong understanding of DBMS, SQL, and MySQL for data validation and backend testing. Familiarity with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner 2021 R1 and Performance Centre. Basic to intermediate Python programming skills for automation scripting. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Experience with Power BI and Tableau for reporting and visualization. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). Knowledge of API testing concepts and exposure to tools such as Postman Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in sprint-based environments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams, with good communication skills.
