Location: Rotherham
Salary: £27,000 £29,000 (depending on experience) + Bonus Scheme
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am 5:00pm, Friday 8:30am 2:30pm (37.5 hours per week)

Travis Talent are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business in Rotherham who are looking to appoint a EngineeringAdministration Supervisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company where youll play a key role in supporting the Maintenance Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of the department.

The Role

As Maintenance Administration Supervisor, you will:

* Ensure all sales orders are processed accurately and with the correct documentation

* Raise and place purchase orders to fulfil requirements

* Process engineer reports, ensuring billing is correct and quotations are raised as needed

* Liaise with customers to provide clear communication and build lasting relationships

* Assist with planning resources to meet business demands

* Support in estimating and producing quotations for required work
