Responsibilities
This is not a cold‑calling role. You will support clients during important and often emotional moments, ensuring every conversation is handled with empathy and care. Our team prides itself on creating a positive, supportive environment where your contribution genuinely matters.

Training & Working Pattern
Your journey begins 13th July 2026 with 4 weeks of onsite training (Mon‑Fri, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM). After 5 months onsite, you will have the option to move into hybrid working.
Shifts run between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, with an alternate Sunday shift.
Compensation
Starting salary depends on experience, from £25,528.04.
