Role Responsibilities:
* Managing the day-to-day warehouse and inventory operations in line with company standards and performance targets.
* Overseeing goods-in, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns processes.
* Ensuring a minimum 98% picking and packing accuracy is consistently achieved.
* Planning and conducting weekly stock counts and reconciling inventory discrepancies.
* Investigating stock variances and maintaining stock loss below 1% of annual cost of sales.
* Designing and improving warehouse layout to maximise space utilisation and efficiency.
* Producing regular operational reports on stock movement, accuracy, and slow-moving inventory.
* Liaising with suppliers and transport providers to ensure smooth and cost-effective logistics operations.
* Maintaining accurate goods-in and goods-out documentation and system records.
Desirable:
* Forklift licence.
* Knowledge of warehouse management or inventory systems.
* Previous experience in warehouse or logistics management.
* Strong understanding of Health & Safety and compliance requirements.
* Proven leadership and people management skills.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
* Interest or experience within the amusement or leisure industry.
* Ability to work independently and make informed operational decisions.
* Flexible approach with a strong commitment to operational excellence.
