Senior IT Client Service Manager Location: CoventrySalary £60k - £70k plus car allowance / benefits The Senior IT Client Service Manager role performs a vital role in maintaining a customer-focused link between IT and internal and external client stakeholders, taking responsibility for delivering the requirements that exceed customer needs and expectations. This opportunity will drive service level management, service satisfaction and continual service improvement initiatives and activities for clients.
