South West Division | Sussex & Surrey (Brighton to Aldershot)
Salary: £54,000–£58,000 p.a. plus car allowance, competitive bonus potential and an excellent benefits package.

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Regional Manager to join Craft Union’s South West Division, taking operational ownership of c.18 community‑led pubs across Sussex and Surrey.
At Craft Union, our pubs sit at the heart of local communities, and our Operators are the people who bring them to life. As a Regional Manager, you’ll work side by side with Operators, taking a collaborative approach to leadership, nurturing strong relationships, building capability and driving sustainable growth across your region.
What you’ll do
* You’ll be a visible, commercially minded leader, responsible for:
* Driving net income growth and strong, consistent performance
* Delivering investment returns beyond capex targets
* Setting and maintaining exceptional retail and operational standards
* Champion and nurture Operators through inclusion and empowerment
* Creating an inclusive culture, aligned to Craft Union and Stonegate values
