* Building new and developing existing client relationships, ensuring you clearly understand the client’s business goals.
* Exploring the freshest ways of working across our broad range of products.
* Creating innovative ideas to deliver results and grow your client’s business.
* Thinking and doing things differently, ensuring we stand out in the industry against our competitors.
* Working across multi‑disciplined teams to efficiently deliver results for our clients.
* Presenting creative pitches in a dynamic and engaging way.
* Delivering agreed revenue targets, call rates, activity levels and standards of performance.
