Main Duties
The posts will cover a range of administrative duties, predominately data input, photocopying, telephone answering, monitoring of generic/personal email accounts, scheduling of appointments, pulling patient records. Experience working on Rio and welcoming visitors is required.

Person Specification
Essential Qualifications
* GCSE level (or equivalent) in Maths and English
Experience
* Experience of using word processing packages
* Experience in a similar administrative/business support role
* Experience working in the NHS or public sector (desirable)
Skills & Knowledge
* Knowledge of database input and producing standard reports
* Knowledge of electronic patient information systems and ability to input accurately
* Good organisational skills
* IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
* Customer service experience
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
* Willingness to undertake training as required
