The Role
The Creative Strategist is responsible for developing and delivering the creative vision for Club L London across all business channels. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role works closely with the Creative Director and Head of Marketing to ensure all creative output aligns with the brand identity and supports business objectives.
You will oversee the creative development for paid media assets, homepage banners, CRM campaigns, e‑commerce visuals, and campaigns, while supporting the Social team to maintain visual and thematic consistency across social content.
Roles and Responsibilities
Creative & Brand Vision
Define and communicate the creative direction of the brand, aligning with the CEO’s strategic vision and marketing objectives.
Safeguard and evolve the brand’s visual identity, tone of voice, and narrative across all touchpoints.
Ensure all creative output — from imagery to digital assets — reflects the Club L DNA and supports both brand affinity and commercial performance.
Campaign & Asset Development
Lead creative execution for paid media assets, homepage banners, CRM and e‑commerce campaigns.
Collaborate with Studio Producers, Stylists, Graphic Designers, and Marketing teams to produce world‑class, on‑brand creative.
Develop moodboards, creative briefs, and concepts that align with seasonal direction and business goals.
Review creative assets to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with campaign objectives.
Social Content Support
Guide the Social team to maintain visual and thematic consistency across channels.
Advice on social imagery, visual storytelling, and campaign messaging to ensure cohesive brand expression.
Collaboration & Influence
Partner cross‑functionally with the Creative Director, Head of Marketing, and E‑commerce teams to align creative execution with business strategy.
Liaise with external partners and creative agencies when required to deliver key campaigns and initiatives.
Act as the bridge between creative and commercial teams, ensuring strategic alignment across all outputs.
Insights & Trend Analysis
Monitor fashion, digital, and cultural trends to inspire creative innovation.
Analyse campaign performance and audience insights to refine and optimise creative output.
Leadership & Mentorship
Guide and mentor internal creative teams to maintain excellence and brand integrity.
Support the CEO and senior leadership in creative prioritisation and long‑term brand development.
About you
Proven experience as a Creative Strategist, Brand Strategist, or Senior Creative within fashion, retail, or a lifestyle‑led brand.
Demonstrated success delivering creative across digital, paid media, CRM, e‑commerce, and campaign channels.
Deep understanding of fashion trends, brand identity, and consumer behaviour.
Exceptional conceptual thinking, storytelling ability, and design sensibility.
Commercially minded with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
Passionate about fashion, branding, and delivering elevated customer experiences.
