Key Responsibilities of a Graduate Teaching Assistant:
* Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils across different ability levels.
* Assist pupils in understanding and completing tasks set in class.
* Encourage positive behaviour, confidence, and active participation.
* Help prepare classroom materials and learning resources.
* Contribute to maintaining a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
Job Requirements for a Graduate Teaching Assistant:
* A degree in any subject (Education-related preferred but not essential).
* A genuine interest in working with children and supporting their development.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive, positive, and adaptable attitude.
* Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
