Position Summary
The Project Planner’s primary function is to ensure a robust understanding of resource requirements—starting at tendering stage and throughout the Project Life Cycle—using Primavera P6.
Duties And Responsibilities
1. Set-up and manage the overall multidisciplinary planning process.
2. Assist Project Managers with project schedules, progress measurements and internal/external reporting.
3. Prepare short and long-term resource allocation plans based on input from all stakeholders.
4. Create, maintain, and report key performance indicators i.e. utilisation, efficiency.
5. Support the development and/or improvement of planning processes across the region and drive standardization and continuous improvement.
6. Maintain training requirements as directed by management.
Qualifications
REQUIRED
7. Minimum five (5) years of experience in:project planningresource planning and forecastingrisk managementmanaging stakeholder conflict
8. Advanced, hands-on expertise in Primavera P6 (required); experience with MS Project or similar is a benefit.
9. Working knowledge of SharePoint and PowerBI.
DESIRED
10. CAPM / PMI-SP Certification or equivalent.
11. MSc in Business Management.
12. Familiar with product and services offered by Oceaneering Projects Group (OPG).
13. Knowledge of 5S and Lean Principles.

14. Knowledge of Project Management tools such as Waterfall, Agile, Kanban, etc.
15. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
16. Able to develop and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
17. Flexible approach to work schedules in line with the demands of supporting wide geographical demands across multiple time zones.
18. International experience working in multi-cultural teams.
