Full Time - 40 hours per week

About the role
As well as being able to lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team, you’ll provide outstanding, personalised care to residents, always putting their needs and wellbeing first and finding new ways to enrich their lives.
You’ll manage all aspects of the home, identify business opportunities, effectively manage budgets, take responsibility for operating profit and ensure regulatory compliance across all relevant areas. You’ll be competent in creating and developing strong internal and external relationships, playing an important role in strengthening the Bupa brand as a trusted healthcare partner with key audiences including Local Authority and Primary Care Trust commissioners.
For this role you will need to become registered with the regulator, and you may occasionally be required to work out of hours or evenings.
Qualifications and Experience
* Strong clinical knowledge and expertise, plus an LMCS, RMA or equivalent management qualification.
* Strong commercial acumen and strategic mind to make a positive difference within a heavily regulated sector.
* The ability to develop an environment focused on continuous improvements.
* Effective communicator with a confident and influential leadership style.
