As a Hotel Spa Manager, you will have a passion for the spa industry, with the ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with members and guests. You will be responsible for the smooth operation of the spa area, delivering an outstanding service and take pride in an unrivalled guest experience.
As a Hotel Spa Manager, you will have previous experience from a Hotel background, and will have a natural ability to successfully manage and lead a team of spa therapists, with a dedication to creating unforgettable experiences. As a significant revenue stream of the Hotel, you will have an understanding of the financial aspects of Hotel operations, with an ability to drive revenue and optimise utilisation.
Hotel Spa Manager responsibilities to include;
7. Overseeing all spa operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
8. Leading, mentoring and scheduling talented teams of therapists and spa professionals.
9. Managing budgets, driving sales and implementing strategies to enhance profitability.
10. Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety and guest satisfaction.
11. Developing and introducing new treatments and services to keep our offerings up to date.
