We have a great opportunity for a Commercial Associate to join our Commercial Strategy, Performance and Business Management team. As an integral member of the Business Partnering function, the Commercial Associate will ensure that key operational processes are effectively managed and delivered within agreed KPIs. They will support the end‑to‑end process for customers and stakeholders, consistently delivering a high level of customer service while maintaining strong working relationships. The role also includes completing the reconciliation of management fees against direct sales, from initial data review through to raising invoices and liaising with suppliers, category teams and finance colleagues to ensure accuracy and alignment with overall performance targets.
We Are Seeking a Commercial Associate Who Will
* Achieve agreed goals and provide support to colleagues while following established systems, procedures and protocols.
* Gather, extract and collate data from various sources, ensuring information is accurately entered into spreadsheets, databases or standard formats.
* Analyse data to identify key themes, trends and insights, focusing on the most critical information and applying problem solving methods to understand root causes.
* Prepare clear, well‑structured and moderately complex documents, reports and summaries using standard office software and relevant applications.
* Create reports for different audiences that are relevant, concise and aligned to their purpose.
* Produce digital presentations to an intermediate standard for use across internal and external audiences.
* Run and create queries using database interfaces, and use available systems and tools to retrieve, search or update data as required.
* Support stakeholder engagement by arranging meetings, actions and events, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
* Build positive working relationships and collaborate with colleagues across functions to meet shared objectives, offering support proactively where needed.
* Provide a high‑quality service to stakeholders, identifying opportunities to improve processes, resolve queries and ensure stakeholders are supported by the right teams.
* Handle ad hoc requests, investigate complex issues and contribute to resolving stakeholder problems efficiently.
* Maintain a strong understanding of organisational policies, procedures, regulatory codes and codes of conduct relevant to the role, ensuring all work meets required standards.
* Plan and prioritise work to meet commitments, monitor deadlines and identify when additional support or resources are needed to maintain quality and timeliness.
