As Financial Controller, you will report directly to the senior leadership team and oversee all aspects of group financial management. You will be responsible for ensuring robust reporting, managing and developing the finance team, and partnering with operations and commercial leaders to drive profitability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare monthly management accountsacross all companies and divisions
* Deliver weekly/monthly reportsusingPowerPivot and Power BI
* Manage and mentora finance team of four
* Lead costing and margin improvementprojects
* Partner with Operations and Saleson commercial decisions
* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, andvariance analysis
* Manage working capital, includingdebtors and inventory valuation
* Handle month-end and year-endprocesses with auditors
* Support ERP rolloutand integration (Microsoft Business Central)
About You
* ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
* 5+ years’ experience in a senior finance role
* Strong commercial acumen with ahands-on approach
* Proven leadership skills with a passion fordeveloping people and processes
* Advanced Excel skills
* Experience with ERP implementation and PowerBI is desirable
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across functions
