We are looking for an outstanding Chemistry Teacher to join a successful and ambitious secondary school near York. This role is full-time and permanent, beginning in September 2025, and includes teaching across KS3 to KS5.
You will be joining a thriving Science department that has recently been refurbished with new laboratories and resources. The school actively encourages practical experimentation and offers support from dedicated science technicians. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering engaging, challenging, and innovative Chemistry lessons to students of all abilities.
Experience and Qualifications
• Chemistry or related Science degree and QTS
• Proven ability to teach Chemistry up to A-Level
• Strong classroom management and practical lab skills
• High expectations for student achievement
• Eligible to work in the UK
