About The Role
The role of HE Lecturer in Computer Science and Cyber Security at University Centre (UC) Leeds involves planning, delivering, and assessing curriculum content for students. Potentially, a market supplement of up to £3000 per annum may be available for candidates demonstrating substantial experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop schemes of work, session plans, and assessment strategies.
* Deliver and evaluate essential knowledge and skills to students.
* Maintain current knowledge of the subject area.
* Adapt teaching methods, including technology integration, for maximum effectiveness.
* Apply research-based effective teaching, learning, and assessment practices.
Candidate Requirements
* Level 5 Teaching Qualification (e.g., Cert Ed, PGCE).
* Relevant vocational qualification or degree in the subject area.
* Recent teaching experience in relevant subjects, including placements or active learning styles.
* Knowledge of current teaching practices and diverse teaching methods.
* Knowledge of Privilege Escalation and Kill-Chain Cyber Attack frameworks.
* Experience with tools and techniques used in Cyber investigation processes.
