Job Title: German-Speaking eCommerce Customer Service Advisor Hours: 42 hours per week Location: Warrington Basic Salary from £28,392 About the Role Pybus Recruitment is seeking an experienced German-speaking eCommerce Customer Service Advisor to support the online retail operations of a well-established automotive client. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced eCommerce environment. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer enquiries via email, live chat (tbc), and telephone (tbc). Manage and resolve issues from eBay, Amazon, and the companys webshop. Process returns, exchanges, and investigate order discrepancies. Liaise with couriers regarding outbound, delayed, or damaged shipments. Co-ordinate and track orders using internal and external systems. Collaborate with external eCommerce partners and agencies. Provide support across additional customer service channels when required. Essential Skills & Experience Fluent, bi-lingual German speaker. Previous customer service experience. Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. Familiarity with web-based systems (e.g., Zendesk, Linnworks). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to work to tight deadlines and meet SLA targets. Capable of analysing and interpreting information from multiple sources. Experience handling online marketplace enquiries (eBay, Amazon, etc.). Evidence of Right to Work in the UK.
