We are looking for a committed Production Operative to join a well-established company based in Brighton to work within electronics on a temporary basis. The company is willing to train but previous assembly/ assembler, soldering, production, manufacturing experience is essential.
Duties will include:
1. Assembling finished goods to Customer Orders
2. Meeting and exceeding quality standards
3. Meeting productivity targets
4. Following standard work
5. Cross-training across different production areas
Requirements:
6. Strong hand–eye coordination and manual dexterity
7. Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment
8. Skilled in the use of hand soldering tools
The hours for this role are Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, Fridays 8am-12pm.
