As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with students across KS3–KS5 who have special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH challenges. You will support learning in both 1:1 and small group settings, helping students access the curriculum, manage their emotions, and build confidence. Your role is vital in creating a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment.
