Your duties as HR / Recruitment Administrator will include:
1. Supporting the Head of HR with recruitment
2. Liaising with Recruiting Managers
3. Organising job fayres
4. Advertising vacancies on job boards
5. Screening applications
6. Arranging interviews
7. Onboarding new recruits
8. Assisting with any other HR admin duties as required supporting a small busy HR team
You will have:
9. Previous recruitment experience
10. Strong administration and communication skills
11. The ability to use own initiative and make decisions
In addition, you will be approachable, adaptable, flexible and organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
