General Manager required for our Automotive Leisure Business Client.
Our Client based in Guildford, are seeking a General Manager to oversee the running of their Flagship Dealership.

Specification:
* Previous General Manager / Dealer Principal experience within a Motor Trade business
* A General Manager who leads from the front and is able to motivate the team to success
* Evidence of a steady and progressive career path
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads.
Responsibilities:
* Recruitment, training, coaching and development of all members of staff
* Fully responsible for the P&L of the dealership
* Maintaining a strong relationship with the manufacturer
* Focused on Customer Service and ensure that all staff deliver a professional service.
For your hard work as a General Manager with our Client, you can expect a salary of £40,000 basic with an OTE of around £60,000.
