There is an extremely supportive cover team and teaching staff, and the sense of team spirit is evident from the moment you walk into the school office. There are robust and rigorous policies in place which are followed to the letter by all staff; there is a common purpose and direction evident for all to see. Students also respond well to the firm direction and leadership from teachers and TA's.
