We are looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Business Unit Manager for our Nevill Long specialism namely drywall to drive performance and lead a successful sales team within our East London branch. This role will focus on achieving sales and profitability targets in key market sectors, while nurturing a stable client base and delivering exceptional customer service. What You’ll Be Doing Achieve and exceed sales and margin targets in key sectors Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers Lead, motivate, and develop the Internal Sales team Collaborate with External Sales, Operations, and Suppliers to drive commercial performance Plan and execute sales strategies, promotions, and pricing initiatives Oversee compliance with company procedures, including credit control and health & safety Support recruitment, training, and development through the Encon Academy Drive continuous improvement in customer service and team performance What We’re Looking For You’ll be a confident and results-driven individual with a customer-first approach and a proven background in sales and people management with industry relevant experience.
