Global Mobility Tax - Assistant Manager

We are partnering with a leading advisory team in Global Mobility Services, currently experiencing strong growth and investing in high-potential talent.
This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, forward-thinking team supporting organisations as they navigate the complexities of managing a global workforce.
The Role
You'll take on a broad, client-facing position with responsibility across both compliance and advisory, working with clients ranging from fast-growing international businesses to large multinational organisations.
Key focus areas include:
Expatriate tax compliance and advisoryCross-border working and remote workforce challengesMobility programme management and optimisationSupporting clients with evolving global workforce trends Responsibilities
Acting as the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of clientsReviewing tax returns and performing income tax/NIC calculationsDelivering arrival/departure briefings for assigneesSupporting advisory projects and preparing client adviceManaging client deliverables and project timelinesCoaching junior team members and contributing to team successSupporting business development and proposals About You
ATT qualified (or equivalent)Experience in UK expatriate/global mobility taxStrong communication and client management skillsHighly organised with the ability to manage competing prioritiesProactive, collaborative and commercially minded Why Join?
