Perfecting the user journey. We’re on the hunt for an innovative and ambitious mid-weight UX & CRO Designer to join our team and bring user-centric design and data-driven insights to our clients’ websites and digital products.

The Role
You'll be working closely with team members from across business to create high-performing, customer-focused digital experiences that get results for some of the world\'s leading eCommerce brands. From designing intuitive landing pages and optimising conversion funnels to iteratively improving the user journey, you will be using a number of methodologies to solve problems and drive business growth. About You
* You can create wonderful, memorable experiences for digital users, understanding what drives them and fulfilling this through your designs and tests.
* You're a personable, friendly communicator who is comfortable presenting their designs and research findings with a varied technical understanding.
* You understand how to build and optimise digital storefronts and give them a competitive advantage in their industry.
* You’re good at working to a budget and timeframe.
* You’ll have a tenacious ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to think of creative ‘out of the box’ solutions to problems, quickly.
Skills / Qualities
* 2+ years of experience working in an agency-based UX or CRO design role.
* Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing.
* Fluency with design, prototyping and testing software, including Figma, Hotjar, VWO, or other CRO/analytics platforms
* Experience with Shopify and using the theme customiser.
* A keen interest in human-centred design principles, psychology, and behavioural science.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage your time to meet deadlines.
* In depth understanding of eCommerce and digital design.
* A demonstrable portfolio showcasing their UX process and design outcomes.
Bonus Points
* Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript)
* Experience with qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
* Experience with A/B testing tools.
* Experience in conducting workshops with clients and stakeholders.
