The Role As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting young people in a safe, nurturing, and structured environment. You will be responsible for: Building positive relationships and acting as a strong role model Supporting young people with their day-to-day routines and development Completing daily records, reports, and key documentation Assisting with care plans, risk assessments, and document checks Attending regular supervision sessions, team meetings, and training Supporting senior staff and contributing to the smooth running of the home Promoting a safe, stable, and supportive environment at all times Training & Development You will receive a full induction, ongoing training (both online and face-to-face), and continuous support to help you succeed in the role.
