Salary: From £28,995 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

We’re seeking an Early Years Teacher to join our Westchester House Day Nursery in Farnham.

Shift options: 40 hours over 4 or 5 days, 24 hours over 3 days, or 16 hours over 2 days

The Role
As an Early Years Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging learning opportunities and provide exceptional care to support children’s development and meet their individual needs. You will make accurate assessments reflecting each child’s needs, interests, and developmental stage, ensuring stimulating indoor and outdoor environments.
What we’re looking for
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS), Early Years Practitioner Status (EYPS), or a full Level 6 Early Years Qualification
* Passion for making learning fun and engaging
* Strong understanding of the EYFS
* Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
* Ability to build trust and partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers
* Effective communication skills with colleagues and parents
